Edwards Gardens is a Toronto treasure located on the corner of Leslie and Lawrence. This is a lovely family friendly park sitting adjacent to the beautiful Toronto Botanical Garden. This elaborate garden stretches nearly four acres long showcasing a series of 17 contemporary gardens.
If you’re looking for a winter gateway in the city, it is the perfect place to roll up your sleeves. For indoor gardening action check out their calendar for events.
Edwards Gardens is popular amongst cyclists and joggers for its flat paved trail that runs along the East Don River. Once you reach the end of the trail you will find a washroom station and a water fountain. You will have two options here, if you go left, the path will lead towards the Science Centre. If you go right, you will find the Metro Police Riding Stables making for a lovely Sunday afternoon in the valley!
